About Clint Black:

Clinton Patrick “Clint” Black (born February 4, 1962) is an American country music singer-songwriter, record producer, multi-instrumentalist and occasional actor. Signed to RCA Records in 1989, Clint Black‘s debut album Killin’ Time produced four straight number one singles on the US Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts. Although his momentum gradually slowed throughout the 1990s, Black consistently charted hit songs into the 2000s. He has had more than 30 singles on the US Billboard country charts, thirteen of which have reached number one, in addition to having released nine studio albums and several compilation albums. In 2003, Black founded his own record label, Equity Music Group. Black has also ventured into acting, having made a cameo appearance in the 1994 film Maverick, as well as a starring role in 1998’s Still Holding On: The Legend of Cadillac Jack.

The new label operated under very different rules than those Black had begun his own career under. Artists were guaranteed ownership of their songs and were granted an equity stake in the label. The first release from the new label was Clint Black‘s next album, Spend My Time; his eighth studio album was Black’s first release in five years. The Houston Chronicle called it “arguably the most adventurous of his career”.

About Jiminy Cricket:

Jiminy Cricket was voiced, in English, by three different actors. He was originally performed by singer Cliff Edwards, who voiced the character for Disney through the 1960s and sang Jiminy’s most famous song, When You Wish Upon A Star. After Edwards’ death, Eddie Carroll replaced him as Jiminy’s voice actor. Carroll died in 2010, and the third voice actor for Jiminy Cricket, Phil Snyder, began voicing him on May 19, 2010 in the Kingdom Hearts video game series. In his Italian adaptation, Jiminy Cricket is voiced by Carlo Romano, who also dubbed for Fernandel in the Don Camillo series, and in French, he is voiced by Roger Carel, who is also the voice of Asterix and the French dub voices of Kaa from The Jungle Book and its sequel, Basil of Baker Street from The Great Mouse Detective, Winnie the Pooh, and Boomer the woodpecker from The Fox and the Hound.

Clifton A. Edwards (June 14, 1895 – July 17, 1971), also known as “Ukelele Ike”, was an American singer and voice actor who enjoyed considerable popularity in the 1920s and early 1930s, specializing in jazzy renditions of pop standards and novelty tunes. He had a number-one hit with “Singin’ In The Rain” in 1929. He also did voices for animated cartoons later in his career, and is best known as the voice of Jiminy Cricket in Walt Disney’s Pinocchio (1940).

About Claudia Carawan:

Claudia Carawan (born April 19, 1959, Alexandria, Virginia, United States) is an American singer-songwriter and pianist. Although she has been creating and performing music for more than 20 years, it took until 2003 before she released her debut album, Out of the Blue. It derives its sound from several styles including soul, R&B, reggae and jazz. Her voice draws comparisons with Bonnie Raitt and Eva Cassidy. Carawan is a cousin of the folk musician Guy Carawan. Claudia Carawan is an award winning singer/songwriter, performer and recording artist who has been inspiring fans with her positive heart and soul music for many years. In performance Claudia Carawan is “one goose-bump inducing vocalist” who moves with ease through many genres (soul, pop, gospel, jazz). Her music is best described as POSITVELY SOULFUL.

As a workshop facilitator Carawn conducts engaging workshops on creativity, songwriting and singing. For many years Carawan has worked as a Music Teacher for a residential treatment center that serves “at risk” teenagers. In this capacity she has inspired hundreds of students to discover and develop their individual gifts and creative abilities. Claudia Carawan loves working with the hip hop generation and they have inspired her too! Claudia also serves as a Music Director at Unity Christ Church of Bon Air in Richmond, Virginia. About Cinderella:

Cinderella is an American glam metal band from Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania. They emerged in the mid-1980s with a series of multi-platinum albums and hit singles whose music videos received heavy MTV rotation. They were famous for being a glam metal band, but then shifted over towards a more hard rock/blues-rock sound. By the mid-1990s, Cinderella‘s popularity declined severely due to personal setbacks, break-ups, and changes in the music industry. Nonetheless, after a hiatus the band reunited and is still active at present. The band has sold 15 million albums worldwide, according to Tom Keifer’s official website.

Cinderella‘s first tour was in 1986 with fellow glam metal rockers Poison, opening for Japanese heavy metal band Loudness. About Chris Geo:

Global Resistance was written by Chris Geo from 2007-2009. As an audio engineer, musician and artist, Chris Geo initially wrote the track We’re In A Lot Of Trouble and released it on the internet. When the reception became overwhelming, Chris Geo knew that people were ready for conscious music and began production on the full album. When he teamed up with Croatian hip hop producer MAC (aka Alpha Dawg), the album began really coming together and the release date of November 5, 2009 was set.

Chris Geo is the song writer and vocalist behind the lyrics and through the use of live acoustic, electric and bass guitars as well as keyboards, live drums and drum machines, Chris Geo also produced the music for the songs “The Movement”, “Mad World”, “Hurt” and “Consciousness”. Mac produced the remainder of the album aside from the contribution by Dead Give Away Beats with the music for the track Sheep’s Eyes.

The album details the journey Chris Geo experienced as well as a release of anger and disillusion with the world touching upon everything from false flags, rigged elections, vaccines, poison in the food/water, and much more. The album ends with the track Consciousness which details the metaphoric and spiritual death and rebirth we experience in our quest for truth. Just as a lot of us have progressed from the anger of the patriot/truth movement to higher consciousness and self/inner work, the song Consciousness opens the door for a follow up album moving further away from patriot/ truth movement topics and themes.

About Chickenfoot:

Chickenfoot is a supergroup of U.S. origin. The group consists of vocalist Sammy Hagar (ex-Van Halen and Montrose), bassist Michael Anthony (also ex–Van Halen), guitarist Joe Satriani, and drummer Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers). Their first album was released on June 5, 2009 in Europe and June 7 in the U.S.

While the band’s name and logo are a disparaging term for the peace symbol, the “footprint of the chicken,” bassist Michael Anthony asserts that the name originated from initial jam sessions between Hagar, Smith and himself: “there are three talons on a chicken’s foot and there [were] three of us.” Later Anthony stated: “it was just supposed to be a bullshit name that we’d used for a while, and then [when] the rumors spread about the band, everybody used that name so we thought, ‘fuck it, let’s call it Chickenfoot‘ – it all comes down to the music anyway.”
